Founded by Dr. Ami Shah, a fellowship-trained, ABO board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon, the practice is built around a simple idea: specialized expertise, delivered through highly personalized care.
After training at Vanderbilt University and Stanford and serving as Mayo Clinic Arizona's oculofacial plastic surgeon, Dr. Shah created Xynwell to offer a different kind of patient experience — one centered on judgment, attention, and individualized treatment rather than volume.
