These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Xynwell website and the consultation-request and messaging services offered through it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The content on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this website or submitting a consultation request does not create a physician–patient relationship. Treatment recommendations, candidacy, and pricing are individualized and determined only during a consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition; never disregard professional advice because of something you read here.

The consultation-request form is for scheduling only and does not establish care or guarantee acceptance as a patient. Please do not submit medical or sensitive health details through the form; those are collected through a secure intake after we connect. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the contact details submitted.

By opting in to text messaging from Xynwell PLLC (for example, by submitting our consultation request form and checking the SMS consent checkbox), you agree to receive text messages from Xynwell PLLC related to: consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, secure account and billing notifications, intake and care-coordination links, and responses to your inquiries.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
• For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us via the phone number or email listed on this site.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (see our Privacy Policy).

Before-and-after photographs and patient statements reflect individual experiences and are shown with written authorization. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Xynwell name and marks, photographs, and design — are owned by Xynwell or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or security, submitting false information, using automated means to scrape or overload the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The website uses third-party services (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile) and may link to third-party websites we do not control. Your use of those services and sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as indicated by the “Last updated” date above. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
