“Dr. Shah went above and beyond to address my recurring ectropian eyelid problem. I live out of state and needed to be in Scottsdale for an unrelated appointment. Having no time to schedule an additional appointment, Dr. Shah made a special accommodation for me and opened her office on a Sunday. She made sure I was comfortable and took her time to examine my eye and offered detailed explanations and options, even recommending the most conservative path instead of surgery.
