No. Most Xynwell patients schedule directly with us. Whether you're exploring eyelid surgery, facial rejuvenation, or aesthetic treatments, your consultation begins with a personalized evaluation and discussion of your goals. No referral is required.
Why is Xynwell a private, cash-pay practice?
Xynwell was intentionally designed as a boutique practice focused on personalized care rather than insurance requirements.
By remaining independent of insurance networks, we can spend the time needed to understand your goals, perform a detailed evaluation, and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to you—not dictated by insurance limitations or scheduling quotas. Fees, recommendations, and treatment options are reviewed transparently during your consultation so you can make an informed decision with no pressure.

Most of the administrative details are completed before you arrive.
