UltraClear® Laser · Wrinkles & Fine Lines
Laser wrinkle treatment, in Scottsdale & Phoenix
Fine lines and wrinkles form as collagen declines and sun exposure accumulates — gradually etching themselves into the skin. UltraClear® resurfaces the outer skin while rebuilding collagen beneath it, softening lines at their source rather than covering them. The result is skin that looks genuinely renewed, not treated.
Understanding your wrinkles
Not all wrinkles are the same. Expression lines appear when facial muscles contract — the lines you see when you smile, frown, or raise your brows. Static lines and textural wrinkles are different: over years of movement, collagen decline, and sun exposure, they become etched into the skin itself and remain visible even when your face is completely at rest.
Laser resurfacing addresses the static, etched-in kind. As collagen production naturally declines with age — accelerated by the intensity of the Arizona sun — the skin loses the structural support that once kept it smooth. Resurfacing renews the damaged surface and stimulates the collagen rebuilding that smooths lines from beneath.
Q: Can a laser actually remove my wrinkles?
Laser resurfacing can significantly soften fine lines and improve deeper wrinkles by removing damaged surface skin and stimulating new collagen. The results are real and progressive — but “removal” is the wrong frame. Skin continues to live, move, and age; the goal is skin that is genuinely smoother and healthier, not frozen in time.
How UltraClear® treats it
Tuned to the depth of your lines
UltraClear's cold fiber technology spans a full spectrum of wrinkle treatment — from a light refresh that softens early fine lines with minimal downtime, to deep collagen remodeling reserved for more established wrinkles. In a single pass, the laser resurfaces the damaged outer skin while stimulating new collagen and elastin beneath, with precision energy control that minimizes unnecessary thermal injury.
For deep, etched-in wrinkles, UltraClear® offers Laser-Coring™ — an advanced dermal tissue-coring technique particularly effective for deep wrinkles — available at Xynwell for appropriately selected patients.
Powered by UltraClear®
UltraClear® is FDA-cleared as the world's first mid-infrared cold fiber laser for skin rejuvenation. Its precision energy control minimizes unnecessary thermal injury, and treatments are customizable from a light refresh to deep collagen remodeling — appropriate for a broad range of skin types, including darker skin tones.

Laser resurfacing improves the skin itself — its texture, firmness, and the lines etched into it. It does not stop the muscle movement that creates expression lines; that is the role of neuromodulators. And it does not lift descended tissue — when deeper folds reflect structural aging, a facelift or brow & forehead lift may be the more honest answer.
Because Xynwell offers both surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, we recommend the treatment that best matches your anatomy — not simply the newest technology.
What to expect
Smoother skin, progressively
Your consultation begins with an evaluation of your lines — which are etched into the skin, which come from expression, and which reflect deeper structural change. Treatment settings, including depth, coverage, and intensity, are then customized to your skin and your goals.
After topical numbing, the laser is passed across the treatment area. Recovery scales with depth — from mild redness lasting a day or two to several days of peeling with deeper resurfacing. As your skin heals, new collagen continues building over the following weeks and months, progressively softening lines and refining texture.
Frequently asked questions
Laser vs. Botox for wrinkles — which do I need?
They treat different kinds of lines. Neuromodulators soften expression lines by relaxing the muscles that create them. Laser resurfacing improves etched-in, static wrinkles by renewing the skin itself and rebuilding collagen beneath. The two are often complementary — many patients benefit from both as part of one plan.
What is Laser-Coring™?
Laser-Coring™ is an advanced UltraClear dermal tissue-coring technique that removes microscopic cores of damaged tissue, and it is particularly effective for deep wrinkles and deep scars. It is available at Xynwell for appropriately selected patients whose lines are too deep for surface resurfacing alone.
How long do laser wrinkle results last?
The new collagen your skin builds after treatment is yours to keep. Aging and sun exposure continue, however — especially under the Arizona sun — so diligent sun protection and periodic maintenance treatments help preserve your result over time.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the depth of your wrinkles and how much downtime fits your life. Some patients choose a single deeper treatment for the most dramatic change; others prefer a customized series of lighter sessions. Your plan is designed at consultation.
How much does laser wrinkle treatment cost?
Xynwell is a private, cash-pay practice. Cost is determined at consultation and depends on the treatment depth, the areas treated, and the number of sessions in your plan.
